About our presenter

Dr. Robert Mace
Robert is the Executive Director and Chief Water Policy Officer at The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment, and a Professor of Practice in the Department of Geography at Texas State University. He holds a PhD from The University of Texas at Austin and brings over 30 years of experience in hydrology and water policy. His groundbreaking work—from developing Texas’ first groundwater availability model to serving as Deputy Executive Administrator for Water Science and Conservation at the Texas Water Development Board—has played a pivotal role in shaping water management across the state.
