Critical Race Theory with Dr. McDaniel

Professor Banner gave an informative introduction lecture about the definition and real-life examples of environmental justice to students. Afterwards, Professor Eric McDaniel, an Associate Professor in UT Austin’s Department of Government and the co-director of the Politics of Race and Ethnicity Lab, gave an enlightening lecture about the core concepts of Critical Race Theory and engaged discussions of how it can be applied to concepts of environmental justice.
