ESI Program Coordinator Position

The ESI is looking for a 75% time program coordinator for a one year position, with the the possibility of renewal dependent on funding. The position will be responsible for coordinating ESI efforts in the areas of outreach, education and research. Advanced degree or progress toward an advance degree is preferred. The position is open to people in scientific, engineering  or planning and policy areas related to the environment.

Responsibilities

• Seeking funds for ESI programs both through grants and foundations
• Developing interdisciplinary research projects; managing and leading meetings for ongoing ESI programs such as the Integrated Watersheds graduate portfolio programs
• Working with researchers to help develop and write grants for new interdisciplinary research projects
