Internship Title: Science Educational Docent

Internship Job Description: Interns will lead student groups through our
interactive 5 acre riverside grounds at the Redbud Center here in
Austin, TX.  Interns will provide students with hands-on opportunities
to view and explore the river and water.  Teachable moments and hands-on
experiments throughout this beautiful green space will teach students
about water conservation, nonpoint-source and point-source pollution,
water sources and watersheds, water quality testing, and river systems.
Interns will also assist in the research and development of future
science education programs.  Interns must commit to a minimum of 15
hours a week, but are encouraged to commit more.
